A teenager has to be aged 16 to ride an Ebike. Riders cannot ride on a sidewalk and must ride single file on roads with a speed limit lower than 30 mph.

Nalia’s law changes the consensual age for marriage to eighteen years of age, from seventeen thus protecting New York youth from forced arranged marriages. New York had allowed fourteen year olds to get married with parental consent until 2017 when the age of consent was raised to age seventeen.
